The reason moody has been let go ,sacked or what ever ,yes its shit what tan is doing and i dont like it as much as most people ,but ask yourself this if it was somthing serious would he have any choice but to do what hes done ,if you were a boss or owner of a company and an employee committed gross missconduct would you have to sack them?
