Stay. He deserves a pay off at least and doesn't deserved to be sacked yet. Yes I am a doubter of his but to put his HoR/assistant on gardening leave is like asking a goalkeeper to play with a hand behind his back.
Malky deserves his pay off at minimum so therefore should just stay stubborn until he's sacked. Tan Out!
