A forum for all things Cardiff City
Fri Oct 11, 2013 8:54 am
To me there are several types of fans, posters on here
1. The gypo pretending to be Cardiff
2. The gypo being a true gypo for all to see
3. The Johnny come lately fan who will accept red and have a dig at fellow fans for wanting Blue back as our colour
4. The I have been supporting City for years, this was a chance for premier glory and I am taking it even if it means falling out with mates over it
5. The I have been supporting City for years and I will continue to support them, but I am gutted and cannot accept the red because it is more then a colour
6. The troll red, Blue or gypo
7. The I dont care what colour we wear or what we are called as long as I see my idol play (rooney)
8. The I dont care what colour we wear (week later) what a wanker messing witb our club
9. The in the know, who dont know anything
10. The in the know, who does know a few things
I realised by number 8 that I could go on and on
But I think I covered most fans on here.. happy days

11. I dont give a f8ck anymore. im getting fed up of the melodramatic nonsense the internet brings even though im guilty of it myself.
I support Cardiff City not Malky Mackay, Vincent Tan or any other one member of staff, certainly not Iain Moody.
people saying they will stop following City because of this Iain Moody saga. Get a f*cking grip.

Want my club to succeed and wish the manager was left alone to try and achieve it - also want the blue back but will not let is spoil my enjoyment of watching OUR team

If it wasn't for the internet then the melodrama of your average fan would be cut by about 75 %.

My father and I had a breaking point in the mid '70s with the hooligan influence just getting too much to put up with - I managed to get him back for a few games before he passed away in 2006, he loved being back though due to his age and ill health and me living away couldn't get down as often as we would have liked.

12 posters who label fans and other posters because they think they're correct and will not listen to reason.

I dont think Tan will go that far, he wants the money, unless he sells up

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=124865Ive been as guilty as the next man of what I am complaining about in that thread , mainly out of boredom, and getting caught up in the forum hysteria, but enoughs enough. This last few days is probably the worst I have ever seen.

Problem with football everyone likes an opinion and I dont mind that.
I dont think it is the City fan but the City situation that makes us unique
We are in a weird place, where there are a lot of City fans who are there just for the premier ride and will go if we go down
So that is a mix for in-fighting Etc
But if Tan had not changed things, maybe we would be a happier bunch ?

yes I would be happier if we were blue, the red will always be alien to me but it even if we were still in blue Cardiff fans would be moaning about something.

We got to the FA Cup final, a team from the championship, happens once every 10 years, and people moaned because we didnt win it ffs

And as for the in fighting theres been factions amongst fans for as long as I can remember
