When are travel groups getting norwich tickets

Does anyone know when they are issued?
My son is waiting to see if the bus he's been booked a seat and ticket has been given enough tickets to cover the number booked on

If he booked before i think it was the friday before norwich tickets went on sale he should be safe, buses usually dont get there tickets until near enough game day
