Wed Oct 09, 2013 9:45 pm

Come on, this young man is from a very wealthy family and went to a Swiss finishing school. No way was he on work experience painting walls in the stadium. :old:

I guess that makes it OK for Tan to appoint him then and his wealthy family putting him in a Swiss school has given him a superior footballing knowledge that Fergie, Mourinho and even Malky himself can only dream of!

This is like Cameron working for tory central office or that ad agency.

Its a glorified internship, learn about a football club, before daddy buys one. He will not stay in that role.

I didn't suggest that, just don't believe all this talk of him being at CCFC on work experience painting walls.

Well he knows what a paint brush is now. I hope the facilities boys were good to him, a bit of a drag to find he is your boss three months later

I know you didn't mate, I was being sarcastic but it obviously didn't come across that way sorry!

I think Apsalyamov's multi millionnaire father has had a major say in all this and Tan could well sell the club to his father in the future. I don't see any other reason why Tan is buying everyone out, I think Tan wants to sell us on for a profit now while he still can and he's going to sell to Apsalyamov's dad. I think the son has been placed in a more important role to learn more about our club ready for when his dad steps in, but that's just my opinion of course!

No idea yet mate, I read a piece in the Independent but all it said was his father is a multi millionnaire, I'm sure more about him will be revealed soon.

I agree with above. This is a stepping stone... Tan will sell on to him... Shame they are no stinking rich Welsh blokes who love the club who could buy him out
