TAN OUT (I DONT GET IT)

Its not like you can just replace him like a manager.

Who takes over? who wants to take over? who has the finances to take over?

Or do people expect to force him out but kindly asks he keep us afloat?

if someone has a buyer great but otherwise I just dont understand how TAN OUT can possibly work logically.
