His post actually says 09:38am, you probably didn't change your settings when the clocks went forward

The post was at 9.38 i got through to them about 9.30ish I don't think there was many tickets if any on sale as they have all gone to travel club groups.I think they need to do something about this as a lot of people don't travel by bus or ar exiles.
