Malkay did a good job getting us promoted,but he lacks tactical know how,pays no attention to our home grown youngsters,he does not even cross the road to see the development sides play,Dick Bates is not the right man for the youth development,Ardley did a good job and was bringing youngsters through,but fell out with Malkay over the clubs policy of using the under 21 side as a reserve side.
We may may as well have masterbates as Dick Bates,our youth development is in decline,for that we have to thank all the Malkay yes men,time for Malkay to go,a club is more than just our first team.

What about the Man City, Hull and Fulham games? Played very well in them, Everton was a hard fought draw, ok spurs beat us in injury team (all be it they hammered us for most of the game but we were always in it) your point may be valid if we were further into the season but we are 7 games in and a newly promoted side, we had a poor first half against Newcastle granted but we are doing really well

The Fulham game aside our football has been non existant.
