Not sure quite when he'll go, but he will go fairly soon IMO, one way or another. But with a man of MM's pride, he'll reisgn I think. And I cannot blame him.

The removal of Moody is the first step taken by Tan for the eventual sacking of Mackay.....i wouldn't be surprised that if we lose to Chelsea,Tan will have in his mind, that if we lose to Swansea as well, that Mackays days as City Manager would be numbered

Malky certainly wont resign. If he isn't happy with the situation, then he will wait for another job offer, or he will wait until he's sacked. But theres know way he would just walk imo. He will want his payout. And i don't blame him either. Hope he at least gets to see out his contract with us though

Sacked after the Swansea game is my call. He wont walk as he wont get a payoff then.

We sack him and go down the Southampton route. The right way

If Malky was to leave in any way, shape or form down to Tan. then that would be it. he would have ruined everything I love about the club. I loved our fanbase and the great support we would get, Tans split it in two. the colour, the badge, our identity has gone.
Malky is a manager who is passionate and does everything he can for this club, he loves this club, and he is a great man having met him during work experience down CCFC in 2011/12, he'd bring in some big name for the Asian market and it would more than likely bookmark our relegation.
We don't need this, early into our first PL season. we are still the same laughing stock as last season but now it's to all around the world.
obviously this is all my opinion, and some of you will disagree but allis not right behind the scenes.

Some I agree with but why is a manager who is unable to play going to be any pull? How does that even work? Only big names such as Mourinho, SAF, Benitez and Ancelotti have added market value, other than that managers have a harsh reality of being thrown into the oblivion. We'd only go down the big manager route to benefit the club and players wise, we'd be able to attract better quality players, maybe wouldn't be as close as we are to Malky but there's no room for sentiment in football. As much as I love Malky and a massive Malky fan he's not as good as people make out, this club has real potential, we should be on the same level as Saints are aiming for rather than accepting mediocrity
