My case Part two

Mon Oct 07, 2013 3:19 pm

First, may i thank those posters who were willing to put the case for Mackay staying, although they disagreed with my point of view,at lest it was all nice and civilise,as for the mindless morons comments,i would simply say the following ....water off a ducks back old boy..........now to continue my case for makays removal...Ben Turner, the next great white hope for England im told, what an absolute joke....every game i have seen him play when he has the football at his feet, his first responce is to lump it down the pitch and hope for the best, now i must assume he is doing this under orders from Mackay, because why is he still doing it?,it fits in with my believe, that Mackay is a believer in the long ball game, proven by the stats incidently, which state that City of all the other teams in the Premiership have played more long balls than any other team, also we could have the best strikers in the business ,but with a non functional midfield, which under Mackay we certainly have, those strikers would have been better off staying in the dressing room, under our manager we have a midfield that only knows how to pass sideways or backwards,it was only when Mutch came on that we saw the pace and drive that a good midfield needs,i feel so sorry for Kim,who i saw one idiot on here asking for him to be dropped!!,the one midfield player we have that has pace and skill,to unlock the best of defences, who now it seems only gets 45 minutes to prove his worth, while Gunnerson, who is playing poorly, match after match stays on the field...memo to Mackay, drop Gunnerson, play Mutch from the start, both players are box to box midfielders,so it would be a like for like selection in my view,Mackay has said that Mutch is only 21 and needs to be brought in slowly, what a joke,an 18 year old player scored twice for Man Utd on Saturday!!....finally i have read on here, that if we sack Mackay, who would we replace him with?...for what its worth i would advise Tan to go foe Harry Redknapp, who has more Premiership experience in his little finger than Mackay has got in his whole body

Harry Redknapp, the manager who had a shit load of money to keep up QPR(add that to the talent he already had to his disposal as well)

Patience.

If we're in this position or lower in 2 months' time, I might start to worry then.

...is this the standard of posting on here,if it is then i will admit defeat and not bother posting anymore....but i will end on this note, for those who think Mackay is the man to keep us in the Premiership,i simply say, hope your right, but if your wrong about the man,i hope you have the guts to admit you were wrong, somehow i doubt it

I will admit to being wrong, if proven. Grange is just having a laugh so don't take it the wrong way (no pun intended).

I agree re: Gunnar, we'd be crazy not to use Kim to his full potential.

 'don't take it the wrong way (no pun intended'. Angelis has just reported me for hurting his feelings and being a beastly oik. He's probably off-line now as he's popped out for his evening skip.

angelis was wrong about Malky's credentials in the Championship but it was quite obvious Malky would get to a point where he is out of his depth as thats just football.

angelis was going to be right sooner or later if he/she kept bleating on about Malky's ineptness as he was bound to, at some level, come into problems tactically and get found out against those with more knowledge of the ever evolving game.

Whilst I believe Malky is by far out of his depth at this level and won't keep us up. I also disagree with angelis just constantly taking any chance to have a pop at Malky. I have justified my reasons as to why I think we'll go down based on what has happened so far this season and not that from the Championship, which is completely different.

Whilst its nice to be an optimist there comes a point where you must be a realist and those looking on realistically will see that Malky is out of his depth and tactically is found wanting.
