I have now called upon our owner, twice to remove Mackay...i will now put my case forward for sacking him,in doing so i hope that those who disagree with my views, will in turn put forward their reasons for not sacking Mackay, not just to indulge in hurling personnel abuse in my direction.or just saying im wrong, without going into any detail why they think im wrong.........Reasons for Mackay's removal is as follows..........reason one..he is to rigid in his approach to football at this level,he does not have the ability to change tactics in real time,he needs half time to change anything, good Premiership Manager's, have the ability to change their mindset as the game is being played..reason two....his tactics for home matches is woo-full,i have said many times that Mackay's first instinct is to not loose a game, which when your playing away is arguably the correct tactics, but for home games you must be more positive in your approach, looking to win the game from the first whistle, something Mackay fails to do time after time,he is to willing to pack his defence and hope that the team can snatch a goal on the counter, which is nieve at this level,we simply haven't got the pace anyway to play that kind of game..to illustraite this, how many times have Marshall been named as man of the match in home games?...reason three....Mackay is to loyal to some of his players to illustraite this, how many on here think that Gunnerson and Bellamy are worth their place in the team right now, wouldn't Noone have been a better substitution option than Bellamy yesterday?...reason four...i think Mackay's performance in the transfer market,is open to question to,i would argue that there have been just as many duff signings as there have been good ones, something our owner is keeping his eyes on i would imagine....there are more reasons that i could illustrate for my reasons to get rid of Mackay, but i think i have done enough to make a case for his removal...i await the case for the defence with interest

Can you tell me of a manager this young, with no premier league experience and only been in management for what? 5 years ever doing this well so far in the premier league?
2:-
Adaptable, although it takes him time to drop players, you can guarantee he learns vast amounts. The question is whether he can adapt faster than other teams, I believe this to be the case since we have never played worse in the second half since being in the prem. He is also willing to accept responsibility and improve unlike dave jones
3:-
Who on earth would you replace him with, pulis? Warnock? Di canio? Shearer? I would argue that Malky is vastly better than all of these.

You tell em mate. Hes had two seasons and seven matches since he took over a squad of nine players.
And what has he done in that time? (Apart from make playoffs, league cup final and win the championship)
Nothing.
We should have 21points by now.
We are used to better than this. We won the fa cup just one century ago.
We are used to success and we want it back. We demand it.
MALKAY OUT!
Im marching, whos with me?

Best post I've seen in a long time. The OP is obviously trolling but it is weird when our fans moan about on the field. As far back as most fans would probably remember we have never bee succesful. It's great to win but who really cares

So someone is trolling because their opinion is different to yours? All the points made were valid. Give it a few months until people actually see sense and notice Malky isn't all that our fans make him to be.
