shocker is Whitts is only slightly better...
IMO if Medel got injured we're relegation fodder!

Stats are only a tool, not the be all and end all.
My eyes tell me only three players are capable of receiving the ball in any position, not lose it cheaply and distribute it to a team mate in a better position or simply not pass on trouble- Medel, Whitts and Mutch. That should be the core of our midfield.
Accuracy of pass is not a good indicator for us. The Jacks system of play place a greater emphasis on that stat, so Lean brittan has probably got better accuracy than Steven Gerrard.
looking at the stats key passes is what we are about.
