Don't make me laugh, they have a tinpot stadium like you with 20k seats Cardiff have a much bigger revenue and with the huge extra sky money which you chose to ignore, cardiff have a much larger income than Portsmouth ever had. Plus Portsmouth threw money after every1, whereas cardiff have done very well in buying 4/5 quality players rather than a team full on high wages
