Are Euro Car parks still doing asda / costco parking ?

I parked in Costco sometime ago and and had a fixed fine & ignored it and never heard anything ever again
Is this still the case ?

We had one when we parked in B&Q about 3 years ago for the Forest game.80 quid it was and from EuroParks.We ignored it until they finally gave up.Unless a parking ticket is issued by the Council then it aint worth the paper it's written on.Ignore!!!!

I will go into Costco b4 the game and just buy some ale and I have a receipt just in case it gets shitty further down the line

The way to look at all this is quite simple.
Anything involving the government be it the tax man or councils you need to take it seriously. The law will side with them. It's a way of controlling the masses like.
When it comes to civil matters then its a different thing. The law doesn't give a shit on civil things unless it a threat to its own security. The law uses civil matter to keep its own coffers full. To do that it needs to make things expensive. So it makes enforcing a parking ticket expensive.
Now believe it or not a civil parking ticket is enforceable. That is if you receive one then the law says you have to pay providing all conditions are met. All conditions are met at places like Asda and Costco. Such things as signs displayed that are evident you have entered into a contract. To enforce that condition an issue has to be given, that being the ticket. finally the conclusive evidence will be a photograph of the car. So going on that everything is in place to tkae you to court.
Now here is where it all falls down for the ticket enforcer. As I said the law needs to keep its coffers full to keep its people in a job. So they make it expensive to just get to the front door of the court room. They will have to pay up front for the judges time. So is it worth paying for an expensive judge who could turn around and say no? Obviously companies like Euro don't think so.
A judge will say yes to a council parking ticket becuase he is keeping his own people in business. As for civil matters they don't give a shit.

Be warned that they have installed cameras on the round about as you enter.I assume these have a system where by they take the number plate on entry and exit not sure whether they still have to issue a physical ticket though
