E-Ticketing Isn't Working.

Tried looking at Newcastle tickets just to see if my account still worked, and it said I didn't have the privileges to purchase them. However I activated my account last week.

Does anyone know if e-ticketing is down?

Do you not need to be a Gold member or should they be on general sale now?
