It was confirmed that's false ages ago. Can't happen.

Confirmed by some smack head on the gypos forum, must be true

Re: Caulker can go back to spurs

Some on other board seem to think its true, if so its a loan deal, where we pay his wages for two seasons. What length contract did he sign for us?

:laughing6:

They're mentally deluded on there.

Re: Caulker can go back to spurs

On 31 July 2013, Cardiff City announced that they had signed Caulker from Tottenham Hotspur for a club record fee in excess of £8million, and he signed a 4 year contract with the newly promoted side.

Just read that thread, and fairplay, there's some right bollox posted in that topic Lol no wonder loads of jacks would rather post on this (their rivals) messageboard.

Flipping mad, i wouldn't believe a word from a rivals forum regarding us, their all bitter as fuk

Re: Caulker can go back to spurs

Tue Oct 01, 2013 5:35 pm

It wouldn't suprise me if there is a clause that allows spurs 1st option to buy back if cardiff were ever willing to sell , but he is our player and it will be up to us whether we sell or not .

We've told you before what they're like on there so I don't see why your so suprised. Most of us certainly dont come here because we're obsessed, we come here as it's a good site. I say most as some are just planetswamp posters who come here for a wind up and nothing else yet wouldn't tolerate it on their own site!

I've heard that he was desperate to leave Spurs and vice versa as he owed a lot of money to team mates through gambling and it was causing problems within the Spurs squad.

Caulker must be someone special if he owes Chopra money. The only person that has met him that Chopra probably doesn't owe money to. Seems like Chopra became a "disease" around other people, damaging relationships and morale. Chopra - what a waste of talent.

That was me who posted that and i heard it from someone who's opinion i respect and value.I try not to post bullshit.Caulker was a well known gambler when in Swansea and it was no coincidence that when he left Aspers closed down  Seriously though,it's what i was told and i wouldn't completely write it off just because a Jack posted it. :D

This is the same Spurs team who all greeted him very warmly at our last home game?

It was a big shock when you signed him.Spurs were already threadbare at centre back and to sell their most promising defender then was a total curveball which no one seen coming.

I heard they wanted shot because of personal problems with him and other players. It isn't that kerazzzy.

What is crazy is the bitterness of some of the Jacks. Hilarious, in fact. :laughing6:

We were disappointed as he's a hell of a player. That thread does wreak of bitterness,i'd agree. My post wasn't being bitter though just something i'd heard. If you follow that thread to the end you'll see my last post is just accepting you were in the right time and right place when he became available.

It may be true, it may not be true.. Who knows. I don't care, quite frankly. We've got ourselves a hugely impressive CB who seems to have settled well and is liked amongst the squad.

Indeed. And if he does have off the field problems then it sure doesn't show.No bitterness here,Chucks just an envious glare from time to time.

I did read on that thread that he might have been a benchwarmer for us, if we'd got him.I tend to agree with that as Ash and Chico have formed quite a formidable pairing back there. It's all hypothetical now though, you've got him and all power to you for it as well.

I don't think he would benchwarm at all, but each to their own.

He'd get game time of course. He's far too good not to and especially with our hectic schedule this season thus far.But he'd have a job on his hands dislodging Chico and Ash at this moment in time.

so are you honestly saying that Caulker is less of a player than Chico?

i mean genuinely now, not just because your a swansea fan!

obviously you have seen both players a lot more than us, but when i have seen chico he hasnt looked inspiring to say the least, and also caulker was only 19? when you had him.

I didn't say Chico was the better player. What i said and mean was Chico and Ash as a pairing have a great understanding and work very well together. In time and if we'd have signed caulker then im pretty sure he'd force his way into the first team one way or another. But if we had signed him at the start of the season, there's no way Laudrup would have dropped either Chico or Ash to accommodate Caulker.

Personally wouldn't think Levy put a buy back clause.
