Why is it that we are getting such poor away ticket allocations? Only 1500 for chelsea and 1400 for norwich when chelsea have been allocated 2460 for norwich. It would make sense if fans were playing up but as were not why the injustice? My only hope is we return the favour at ccs. Something tells me the club wont have the balls to do so tho which makes it even more annoying.
On a positive note well done city on a great 3 points saturday. Get in derrr :ayatollah

1500 for Chelsea as we get no restrictions(now I'd prefer the 3000 allocation and a full bubble, a lot of our away support has grown up/we've become more family orientated)
For Norwich I think 1400 is an okay allocation, I can't see us selling the allocation out but if we do fair play, we've visited the place a lot down the years, ages away and prices aren't attractive but if we sold the allocation I'd be happy with that

1400 for Norwich? Is that correct? With the subsided buses I expected us 2 take a lot up there!

Norwich is down to 1400 as their club asked us to take the 1400 or pay for all 3000 tickets, our uptake has been slow so far so the club decided only to take the reduced amount.

Carl - when did Norwich tickets go on sale as I was told by the club today that they haven't even had an allocation yet. How then can uptake have been slow...

Glad I posted now at least now I know its down to OUR club not other clubs punishing geniuine fans wanting to support the mighty bluebirds

Tickets are on sale October 9th for Norwich. I can understand the club not taking the full allocation if they have to pay for any unsold tickets

Yet the club are subsidising buses for the day, so surely they would think that we would sell the full allocation?

How can the uptake be slow when they aren't on sale yet?

haha too late 2 edit this when I noticed the mistake!
Can't understand how the club can say uptake has been slow before they have gone on sale? Can they ask for more if the 1400 sell quickly?

That's the question I asked last night but nobody has answered. If they aren't on sale until October 9th how can the uptake be slow and if the club are subsidising the buses then surely they expect a bigger away following than normal for this match.

Hi my mate is a Norwich fan this is his reason for the 1400 allocation
"Its due to the away support being in blocks, 2460 is two blocks, 1400 is one of the blocks. As there are no returns Cardiff would have to pay for tickets they might not be able to sell so they probably just took one block.

The club should subsidise the ticket price not the bus ...lots of our fans prefer to travel by various means ..they would probably sell more then

Cheers martb63 for clearing this up but I do think we could fill the 2 blocks easily. Given the obvious facts that;
there is some subsidized travel plus this is a very winnable game plus we are a premiership side now surley all contribute to why well sell 2460 tickets piss easy. We need all the support we can to push on for the wins needed in games like this ( fulham was a perfect example of this)Surley u fans agree the club need to show sum balls?
