Hi
Received a parking ticket today for £100 but reduces to £60 if I pay within 2 weeks.
Is this enforceable? i will pay if I have to, the letter mentions court and CCJ's which I obviously dont want.
Any advice, thanks

Just remember it's not a fine but an invoice the most a court will award is their loss I don't know what that is! As it's free parking but it's no where near £100 or even £ 60 if I was you ignore their invoice because it's not a fine and it's to the reg keeper not driver

Unless it's from the police or council just ignore it, don't contact the company just ignore any letters from them.

They would have to provide evidence that you were using the store facilities or other shops,Or they would have to provide evidence that you parked your car and then attended the match...
To do that they would've had to have you on continuous surveillance from the moment you arrives on the premises.
I'm pretty sure that's a bit more illegal than parking your car in a superstore car park...
Send that in a letter back to them to see what they say.
