Out of his depth against the likes of Ramsey.

Maybe if he was second captain at Betis we could expect better?

70 mins for their first shot on target (dyer the thief) and even then it seemed to be curling away from goal. Lots of passing going nowhere.

Hahahaha quality

Re: Shame There Wasnt A Stat

To give an example how misleading the stats can be I watched Canas fizz one ball into Michu at neck height when there was no one in between them and he could have rolled it into his feet. Michu could do nothing with it and Jacks lost posession.

Stats will say Canas completed a pass and Michu lost posession. In reality Canas caused Swansea to lose posession with an awful ball.

From what ive seen Canas is not better than Leon Britton and couldnt lace Garys boots.

You must have watched a different game to me. Canas job today was to keep Ozil quiet, a job he did very well.

He closed down the space and rarely gave him any time on the ball which meant Ozil wasn't much of a threat in the game at all.

How the hell do you know his job? Behave and stop making shit up to carry your argument. Even if that was his job he did it absolutely terribly because it allowed Ramsey room to dictate play and score. Stop chatting complete rot.

Because I watched the game and can read the pattern of play. Anyone who thought Canas had a poor game today is either not familiar with the role of a defensive midfielder or just too one eyed to see it.

Feel free to disagree of course.

Nonsense. No wonder people in Swansea can't get jobs and have to rely on the capital to fund them with people this daft living there. Good grief. I bet spelling CV is something you lot put under achievements down there.

Exactly

And this numpty here is calling others one eyed.

Its a defensive midfielders job to break up and stem the flow of atracks from Arsenal as a team not just one player unless of course he is man marking which he wasnt.

Which he did on countless occasions. He can't be everywhere however and was not helped by De Guzman having an absolute stinker in front of him.

It was between Canas and Davies for out man of the match today in my opinion.

Not a troll. Im just telling the truth. You said Canas did a good job as a defensive midfielder even though you conceded 2 goals today against Arsenal and Ramsey, their centre midfielder, set up one and scored one.

His performance today was the equivalent of an investment banker losing all of a persons money. If you deem that a good thing then carry on.

I though Davies stood and watched as Ramseys pass found gnabry for his goal. It was clear that pass was coming yet he made no attempt to close in on him. Took his goal well though.
