Mackay Mackay has no new injury concerns to worry about ahead of Fulham.
Caulker rolled his ankle in training, but looks like he has recovered from it.
The only player unavailable is Denmark striker Andreas Cornelius, who is still recovering from his ankle problem.
“Andreas is progressing nicely, but we don’t want to rush him,” added Mackay. “If you do that then you may get problems further down the road.”
Peter Odemwingie had a full 90 mins against West Ham on Tuesday night, the first time for over 6 months that he has played a full 90 minutes in a first team game. Odemwingie is in the squad to face Fulham tomorrow.
Kev McNaughton goes out on loan to Bolton for a month.
While Joe Ralls is out on loan at Yeovil.

LOAN NEWS: Cardiff City Football Club defender Kevin McNaughton has joined Championship side Bolton Wanderers Official on a 28-day emergency loan deal.
We can confirm that Kevin McNaughton has joined Bolton Wanderers on a 28 day emergency loan deal, subject to international clearance.
The loan could allow Kevin the opportunity of featuring in up to five SkyBet Championship fixtures, culminating in Wanderers' October 26th clash at home to Ipswich Town.
We wish Kevin the very best during his time at the Reebok Stadium.
On the move City boss Malky Mackay said: "Kevin’s gone on-loan for a month to Bolton. We haven’t got many fixtures this month and we thought it would be good for him to go and get some game time.
“He’s a top pro, good man and someone who deserves every bit of my respect. We’ve let him go for a month just to let him go and get some games, that’s it."
