I don't really think it matters how many matches the jacks have. IMO they are a safe 8th ~14th club nowadays.

The jacks have just let my accumulator down for £75! The one time I wanted them to win and they fail miserably! Tossers!

Should have been out of sight by half time.

Seems like we switched off 2nd half and then couldn't pick it back up again. It happens.

As much as I'd like to have gone through, we've bigger fish to fry this season and it's probably a blessing in disguise given the number of European games.

why should you have been out of sight? because had so many shots at goal or chances even? as said before they are only stats and stats don't win games! you may have bigger fish to fry but still an embarrassment as holders of cup, especially as your fans on here boast 2 premier class players in all positions?? but that's football never take it for granted it bites you on arse occasionally! :laughing6:

Because we hit the woodwork twice and missed a couple of other gilt edged chances, nothing to do with stats.

But like I said, it happens and is probably a blessing in the long run.

That sounded condescending and (correctly) smug for the last two seasons. You are right though, 17th or better is still the real goal.

Feck me these lot change their minds to suit the situation, the year before it was shit competition, last year it is more important than the world cup, now it's a shit reserves cup again, you couldn't make it up :laughing5: :laughing5: :laughing5:

With the greatest respect to brum, a fully committed Swansea should and would have turned them over tonight.I for one couldn't care less tbh and I'm pretty sure neither does Michael laudrup.

Aye a full team with 10 changes from our last Premier league game :?

No excuses though, should have won and had the chances to do so.

They are. As I said, we had the chances but didn't convert and then got caught napping. It happens.

f**k me Al, it's like a Championship team has never beaten a Premier League team before :laughing6:

A lovely 5-6 million new midfielder. You're 12 million striker. Lovely future England midfielder Britton :laughing5: De Guzman and Taylor also.
