He also hit one that skimmed the cross bar

Have you been at the game? If not, how the hell can you say that?

He is world class and deserves to be in the team. If he's not in the team then Malky has to go. :old:

Noone should be at least on the bench. He may not be the best defensively but he can score goals, run at pace, pass players , provide a decent cross and is very good at set peaces ! Other than that what good is he? I find it amazing that we have a player who can open a defence up if need be i.e losing with 15 mins to go and he does not even make the bench. He would be ideal to come on. We do now have Peter Odemwingie but I still believe that Noone along with Harries are the only 2 genuine wide players we have.

We need that wide option when the chips are down and to change a game. In fairness to the Jacks thats where they thrive. They have pace and the width, something MM is not playing at the moment. Lets hope that these players get a chance against the lesser teams. :ayatollah:

Thats the point we dont play with width which is why he is not in the squad .
If he is on the bench or team who do you drop ? odemwingie , bellamy , maynard , campbell ,whitts ,kimbo ?
The only one maybe is cowie but he gives us a option in central mid aswell as out wide which noone cant .
i cant see how he fits in the formation we play which is unfortunate for him as he is a quality winger .
Maybe lose rudy and have a pace option rather than height ? cant see malkey doing that !

World class, 2 words used to describe far too many players.

I agree. Fucks me off to be honest playing whitts as a winger when people like Craig noone are on the bench

Didn't see anything in the last half of last season to suggest to me noone is good enough for the PL. Glad he scored tonight and I hope he proves me wrong :ayatollah:

I think he should play as he will create something and isnt afraid to have a go.

Im a massive Bellars fan and cant fault his work rate, I just wish he would make more of his trademark runs going forward. Couple of times Saturday he could have made a run to create something but seems happier sitting back in midfield. Id be tempted to put Noone instead of Bellars for an hour and use him off the bench.

Lets face it, anybody can offer us more than Cowie FFS

So is the 'Development team' a new word for a 'Reserve team' now then..? :? and there have been many players throughout football who have stated that they never bothered even trying when they played for the reserves.

Give him a chance as many on here have been crying out for more 'wing play'. :thumbright:

he wasnt that good for the first 40 minutes but scored a very good goal ..his end product is not good....he seems to take wrond decisions and to take on one to many men when he has better options :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Noone could prevent a world war and not get picked.
