It's clearly owned by someone with an affiliation to this site as it's the only one which the mods provide a link to rather than ignoring copyright laws and copying and pasting.

The site seems to be wrapped up in the suggestion that it's about the WHOLE football fan culture but we all know why people like it.

Some fans just cannot evolve beyond being excited by this sort of stuff.
