william hill withdrawls

Has any one had any problems with withdrawls from william hill?

I deposited 10 pound last night and got a 10 pound free from them I played for about 40 mins and was up 500 pound.. Iy wouldn't let me cash out because I had not meet the wagering requirement so I called up and asked how much more I had to wager n then I played more n finally cashed out on 440 pound.. now I had an email asking for id and bank card pictures..

is this common practice ??

I deposited money using my card details and my misses card details.. but its a joint account , would that matter ?

They don't ask for this information to deposit , the bastards !! Haha

Any help would be amazing

thank you

I had the same trouble with sky bet who wanted a latest bank statement which I refused to give em. In the end had to send PPort details. It was an amount of £1400. End of last season. took approx 14 to get it though. Or should I say they had interest off MY money for 14 days. Bastards!

It's normal, Ive had the same thing withdrawing profits from my poker account. They have started being checked more heavily by the auditors due to money laundering/fraud etc so they have to do these extra checks now.

I've got a william hill account, and had a few big wins from there playing slots, but never been asked for my details, and i'm using my wifes bank card, on my sun bingo account though, i had a £700 win and they asked for passport, bank statment and picture of the card. tbh it kinda takes the piss, shouldn't they ask this shit when making a deposit, they said it's to stop money laundering

Its normal practice with online bookmakers. I do a lot of arbitrage betting. I need to verify myself every time I open a new bookie.

Also be careful when you use bookie bonuses when playing slots as they have very high rollover requirements. Its on average 30 x bonus amount sometimes can be more.

I played through the bonus I called them up about 1 this moring to confirm the ammount I had left and played through that then cashed out !!

Its a pain in the arse.. their quick enough to accept the money. . But not quick enough to return it !!

That win has half sorted xmas tho so I shall wait patiently :)
