Fukt! How can we be so defensive at home, we will get battered if we do this away to top 10 teams. Park the bus will not work away, it might at home with the fans behind the boys' but picking up draws will not keep us in the league. This week against Fulham will be interesting to see how we play

Newcastle will tell us what we need to know.
Ill be f*cking damned if we dont have more of a go against the barcodes.

I cant see it tho. We've played shit defensive football for a long time home and away against any fuckers. I'll take 17th tomorrow but it's nothing to get excited about. The football is dreadful.

We have played 3 of last seasons top 6 at home and got 4 points.....
In our real league we have played 2 both away and got 1 point. The next 2 games will tell us a lot

Totally agree the next 2 games will tell us a lot. I read something a spurs fan put on sky sports website which I agree with a little bit, he said "As supporters we pay a lot of money to watch a football match, not watch a team park the bus all game"'. In a way he is correct we do pay a lot of money and we do want to see football played, but like you said the next 2 games will tell us a lot and if we don't start playing football and play more attacking I can see fans turning.

I don't think fans care how we play football, I certainly don't to an extent. I want to see results, I don't care if we hoof it to the strikers or play fluid football. As long as the points are on the board I certainly don't give a shit. Fans won't turn just because we're playing defensive against some of the elite. We've only played 2 possible relegation teams so far

One problem with that analysis. We are not getting the results.

Jesus Christ we've played two games away and our three home games have been against top teams.
Lets be realistic this season was always about adjusting and surviving.
Play like we did yesterday.... we playe Spurs!

spot on, spurs are going to be in the top 4 this season, we pushed them right to the def, it wasn't enough but when smaller sides come to the CCS we can have some fun and score a few goals taking 3pts at a time

2nd, 3rd and 6th the 3 teams we have had at home, we don't really have much choice in the way we play we don't see much of the ball!
Newcastle at home is such an important game ....as after that the next 3 homes games are Swansea, Man Utd then Arsenal!!!
