Jules mate, you'd get more positivity on death row than on here honestly.

All of them have become Malky tactic haters, apologists for other clubs and referees and they seem to think attacking is the only thing in football even though defending is just as important.

We defended solid for 90 minutes today, forced them often to shoot from outside the box with Townsend, Sigurdsson and so on and they were getting frustrated. Walker even started shooting from range. It worked. We should have also been 1-0 up because the referee chalked off a perfectly fine goal but the apologists wont accept that. They wont accept the fact we were wronged as its far easier to just blame Malky and the team for defending (which funnily enough is a part of football).

I wonder if they'd have the same attitude if he played a 4-3-3 and we got smashed 5-0. They'd find another reason to moan. Plenty on here will go the same way that other fans have with the 'MALKY OUT' shit starting soon mark my words. They'll blame the manager of the club rather than the shit refs and linesmen that do us over.

We deserved a point and should have had it but Spurs' 12th player was the difference.

Surely it's a bit too early to be concerned? :ayatollah:

Sorry for not being too positive but the only stats that spring to mind at the moment is that we only had 6 shots, none on target as opposed to 29 and 12 on target for Spurs.

We are also the team in the Premier league with the most longs balls.

Stats that may need addressing and the earlier the better.

However, we are staying up so I'm not going to be concerned, especially this side on the New Year.

True, and with the fact that some of our "fans" knowing f**k all about football (we just played a top 4 side) and the scum jacks allowed on here to chat shit all for hits, I'm gone.

Ben Turner has played the most long balls in the Premier league .

Well 40 points is the safety mark so to achieve that you need a point a game (slightly more). Currently you are on course for 38 which is anyones guess whether that will keep you up, its been done before with 38.

5 points after playing 3 of the teams in the top 6 is not too bad, when you think of sunderland who have only 1point, and have not yet played any of the top teams, Fulham who have played only 1 in the top 6 with 4pts, or even West Brom who have not played anyone in the top 6 but have 5 points the same as us.

Weve made the most passes in the league so far you are only beaten by west ham for the fewest completed passes. Hoooof. We may sing a rugby song but you watch a rugby team.

yes most passes well done! but you've won only two games against poor teams! so use stats if you like but they don't win you games do they? your a good team but ffs embarrassingly good was how you were described on sunday against surely the poorest side in the premier behind sunderland.? we didn't just hoof it if you saw game you would have noticed our chances came from well worked moves, not enough maybe but good moves all the same :old:
