Managers need to evolve and adapt he still thinks it's 2002 and won't change, it's why he's gone backwards.

Look at Malky always looking to change and see what works, has his problems sure but he's nowhere near as narrow minded as DJ.

This is probably the worst performance I've seen from a Sheffield Wednesday side.

The goals we gave away were hard to swallow. I can only apologise to the fans for the performance we put in. The players should go to the fans themselves and apologise.

We began brightly but we then switched off. You cannot allow him (Lingard) to get on the ball, turn and run at us. For some reason they allowed him too much scope.

Maybe he has started to mellow because that post match interview doesn't sound like the DJ we had here.

But then maybe he feels another spot of gardening leave on the horizon and is trying his best to avoid it.
