If the EA Sports Player Performance Index positions for the top 100 players after 4 games is used, then by subtracting the relative positions from 100, then adding the scores for the players listed in the aforementioned table, a table showing team positions relative to the current form of the top 100 players can be obtained as follows :-
Liverpool 595
Arsenal 527
Tottenham 516
Man Utd 438
Man City 422
Swansea 359
Chelsea 331
Everton 301
Stoke 275
Cardiff 214
Hull 192
Southampton 182
Aston Villa 146
Norwich 141
Newcastle 129
Fulham 66
Crystal Palace 60
West Ham 43
Sunderland 0
West Brom 0
Cardiff currently have the following players in the top 100 :-
16 F. Campbell
34 P. Whittingham
68 A. Gunnarsson
73 S. Caulker
95 M. Connolly
I expect Medel, Kim, TC to make the top 100 and Connolly to drop out of the top 100. As I stated before the start of the season that I thought we could finish in the top 10, I think it gives a good indication of possible finishing position based upon performance when including the strength of the opposition faced.
