No news at the moment, all very quite on that front, but you never know.
Ive made a few enquires about my shares, but the club at the moment are not sure really whats happening.

theres quite a lot going on share wise at the moment annis and although you mmay have not been approached the larger shareholders have which means tan is going to pursue the debt to equity route in my opinion as soon as possible

We all know how the club works at boardroom level these days.
We'll know when they want us to know. ;)
I have no doubt that Tan will convert the debt to equity though.
The club is not attractive whilst in debt.

Now that Roathy is back I'm sure he'll be along shortly to let us all know that it will never happen, we're insolvent, should follow the Swansea model bla bla bla....

Luke, most of the money has now been paid to Sam/Langston, the deal has been signed and sealed

Now for Tan to make his debt in to equity/shares, which I do believe Tan will do.

Am I right in thinking the current debt the club has needs to be wiped before next season, and if he does it now it could possibly hamper our potential spending in January?

It has to be wiped out by next season, but I dont know if it hampers us in January 2014.

If it's done after January any spending on players would be added to the debt, then wiped off with debt/shares plan.

Therefor it's not carried into next season?

Players signed in January (costs) would be added to current debt and then debt is wiped clear via shares & equity.

That's what i am getting at..

Manchester United had a turnover of 350m I think, so you can only spend what you earn, literally FFP rules are here to protect the elite and f**k over the smaller clubs even more
