The server for ticket master has gone down in London nothing the club can do about it at the moment! they are working on it to put it right now so online bookings are shot at the moment

They couldnt even sell them in the ticket office. must be a tough place to work. everyone quick to blame them.

and when you get to the end of the 'phone queue, it just rings out and no one answers. been on the phone solid since 9.00, got through the queue 3 times now only to have no answer.
and I am having a go mate, cos other organisations manage to sell tickets on the phone without this fiasco - and yes, some don't.
You can say it's this or that or something else, but at the end of the day, it is just a shit service at the moment, can't cope with anything like heavy demand.
Should have trusted my instinct, scabbed off work for a couple of hours and gone down there. Only I couldn't scab off work today, so it is bollix I'm afraid.

so if they couldn't sell them in the ticket office - why not put that message on the f*cking answering service or the website???

Called in late this afternoon to ask about gold memberships that I had bought for my sister and nephew, as their cards have not arrived. Some problem with ticket master there, too. The lady that I saw was very helpful. They are on the system, and can buy tickets, but it needs ticketmaster to sort out the actual cards.
The villain of the peace here is ticketmaster.

This problem with the phone lines is a familiar story! Very frustrating when you cannot book online or make it 2 the stadium due 2 work commitments. Surely it needs sorting especially with demand for tickets so high & extending the capacity?

The club as come on so far over the last few years with the performances on the field and the improvements with the stadium but the ticketing situation is piss poor !
Someone is making a killing out of keeping us folk dangled on the telephone line . The issuing of the membership cards as been diabolical . And why have they removed the facility of selecting your seats on line ?
The whole situation with ticketing needs to be reviewed . Not everyone can afford or justify having season tickets .

The ticket office staff are very good, but e-ticketing and phone lines need improving. Lost count of the number of times I've tried ringing up only for that annoying recorded message coming up and cutting you off as "all our lines are currently busy".
