Purchasing Tickets Help!

I'm trying to buy 3x tickets for west ham away, myself and the other two are all season ticket holders. How do I purchase tickets in their names off my account? I can see them in my network on the ticket website, but can't get tickets for them? The website says about giving permissions to allow this but I can't find this option, rang the ticket office and the woman there had no idea what I was on about..

Can anyone help me out?

add the 3 tickets to your basket

1 ticket should be assigned to you

look at the other 2 tickets on the left side should be an option to assign the ticket

click on the assign button and add the details of your friends and as long as they are eligible to buy the tickets you can purchase them

Thanks mate, your a hero!! How long before the game do they post the tickets? Just moved upto London but they're going to my home address in wales..
