Took place already. Marshall gone up with the squad, 50/50 on playing. Caulker is fine, fully fit squad bar Marshall, giving him every hope on playing though but Malky has the uttermost faith in Lewis if he doesn't play(Marshall)

i'm well Happy with Lewis....can't believe how negative some fans are about him.
