PARKING TICKETS AT ASDAS ... ADVICE WANTED!

A friend of mine has been given 2 parking tickets this season parked in asdas .... are they binding? .... anyone on here not paid them? .... ive heard stories to ignore them and told my friend that but i dont want to give out bad advice .... thanks!

every one of these topics on here say ignnore them also there is us a topic on you tube.

I had one last season, I am a bit of a shit arse normally but I took the advice off here and ignored it and it worked, in fact it was only the one letter I ever received, no follow up at all.

I had one encouraging me to pay a fine immediately to avoid a bigger fine. I ignored it & didn't hear anything more

How about if you get a receipt for that day to show you were shopping in there , then say you use the restaurant to have some food which took up a few hours as you had food there with a friend ?

Ignore the ticket, that's what I did 2 seasons ago with no comebacks.

You will recieve I think 3 letters the first 2 from the parking company, the first a demand the 2nd threatening to take you to court and it will effect your credit rating blah blah blah. The 3rd will be from another company saying that they have taken over the debt (debt for what, you haven't bought anything) and will take legal action. just ignore them all
