' Cardiff City make four senior players available for loan. '

Boss Malky Mackay says Craig Conway, Simon Lappin, Filip Kiss and Etien Velikonja can all leave the club to try to get more regular football.

Malky Mackay has made four senior Cardiff players available for loan.

Craig Conway, Simon Lappin, Filip Kiss and Etien Velikonja failed to make the club’s 25-man Premier League squad last week.

And, with the emergency loan window now open, the Bluebirds boss Mackay admits there have been enquiries for the unwanted foursome.

Mackay said: “Over the last month or so we have had quite a few phone calls about the availability of some of our players on loan.

“We have always said that until the transfer window had closed and we had our squad registered with the Premier League it was not something we would be focussing to closely on.

“Now we can have a look at it and if it is right for this club and for the player we will allow people out on loan. The most important thing in the end though is that any deal is for the good of Cardiff. That is my main concern above everything else.”

Best thing for them. Time for the likes ot Etien to prove he's good enough for us.

Hope they all find decent clubs to play for. Would suit everybody. Wish them well.

none of them are going to be good enough for us in the prem, would like to have seen velikonja progress from the promising form he showed in the DVP last season, but hopefully he will start banging them in for someone in the championship.

I hope Philip Kiss can go somewhere and prove he's a good player.

Likewise Etien for reasons of selling him. If Etien shows big potential somewhere, I would like to see us to a strange deal where we let him go for nothing but slap a 50% sell on clause. But we just need shot of him now. Wage drain.

Good luck to Conway and Lappin. I hope we can get good money for Craig and that he can find a club that will continue to boost his international career.

i really like kiss, i think the kids brilliant, just not enough time to prove himself, i think a loan move will do him the world of good.
