I would be happy with Hoddle but unfortunately, he isn't Welsh and isn't "one of the boys" so there's no chance!
Look at the job Lars Lagerback is doing for Iceland at the moment, we could have had him instead of Coleman the clown!

Looking at some of those names in contention. If we're looking at realistic ones that the FAW would consider then I think Jackett (unlikely to take it because he's doing a decent job at Wolves on a decent wage), Saunders and Symons would be my three candidates. Saunders in third place. Obviously, I'd rather a more dynamic choice of Bellamy and Verheijen or Lagerback but that ain't going to happen.
Anyone but Hartson or Roberts or Hughes!

Best shout i've heard so far.

He's been doing well with kids out in spain for some time hasn't he? In my opinion the old welsh youth setup needs to be reinstated and there is no one now good enough within wales to take this country forward managerially speaking so we need to go abroad, even rest of UK.

Great shout.
Should never been sacked as England manager. That was political and not down to his football accumen.

Good shout. My money would be on them sticking with one of the old boys and giving it to Saunders though.

Pay peanuts get monkeys.
I heard Bryan Flynn was only on £20k A YEAR when he was in charge of the youth set-up. What a joke.

I've always wondered how he's not managing a decent team he's got the credentials and would be ecstatic if he managed wales wouldn't take any shit from the FAW that's for sure

agree 100%. If you listen to the players he has worked with they all rate him very highly as a manager and not because of his ability as a player.

Trapattoni is now available, he'd be a great manager for us

Spot on Adam. Glenn Hoddle or Tony Pulis. Please save us from the FAW Muppet Show starring Coco "The Clown" Coleman & His Exploding Teeth.

I 'think' the Wales manager is on around £150,000ish if I remember correctly.

Osian Roberts was in Gary Speed's team. Decent bloke, and seems to be doing a decent job. Don't mind Symonds. Hairston is another matter.....

I heard that too. Credit to Brian Flynn that he did the job at all. He should be offered the job back, on ten times the salary. At least.
