I think the first goal in this game is vital if we get it I will expect us to have enough on the break to edge the game I think a whitts penalty or free kick could be the diff in a close game

I think this is gonna be a lot tougher than some of you may think, and a draw away from home is a good result - 1:1 for me

In light of the marsh situation at least it gives malky 4 days to put plan b into action with a hip injury its more sore than anything so lets hope hes fine for sat but if not I can see a 1 1 draw I watched lewis is forest green he made some good brave saves granted hes no marsh but who is. I cant understand people slagging lewis off when half of them prob havnt seen him play

Steve Bruce's pre-season preparations have been all about making his Hull team tight and defensively organised. They kept clean sheets in a number of their pre-season games and their 1-0 win at home to Norwich when they scored an early penalty is what they are all about, scoring first and then trying to keep a clean sheet. Because of this, I think it will be a very tight game, but we proved last season we are a better team than Hull and we have strengthened more than them this season. So I will go for a 1-0 City win with Odemwingie getting a debut goal.
