Let me take 'Commercial and Marketing as an example. Do you know
it is impossible to buy any Welsh merchandise in any shop, anywhere ? Why because we are 'in between' suppliers. You can buy a Mexican or Spanish shirt thou, plenty of them about. I met someone after the Everton game that works for the FAW & he said his boss went to Switzerland for some UEFA meeting that he wasn't really required to go to & travelled on a private jet.

The FAW are there just to line their own pockets, get loads of free perks for themselves and their families.
They need to severely downsize.

I think it's a bit unfair to blame some of the day to day staff.

The problems lie with the FAW Council (mainly made up of life members it seems) that make the decisions.
Just look at the Barry Town debacle.

the coffin dodgers won't go. The only thing we can do is boycott games until a change happens. The english FA are trying to get english youth into the prem and playing more so that they can improve the national side.
