Fire the lot of them, it's a right shambles at the FA. Needs a top to bottom clearout and some pros put in there.

Agree total shambles and I think Welsh Football needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom because the fans are going to vote with their feet and crowds already low are going to plummet

The way they have handled the Speed situations was pretty terrible, the fact we now have an inept manager they also have to take blame to, the fact they are offering him a new contract is even more crazy.

I wasnt a Toshack fan, he was a dinosaur but the one thing i liked about him was the way he wanted all levels of the welsh team to be progressing together. They got a good manager in and Tosh moved players about between both levels to give them a chance. Yes we had good players at U21 but it was no coincidence they done so well when a manager took an interest in them they were part of the set up.

In holland and Belgium they have over 6000 a licence coaches we have about 800 so I think the welsh fa need to have a good look at themselves and start from the bottom also in holland they play on 3G pitches where we have to play on old crap pitches.

You make a good point but we currently have good young-ish players in the first tea, squad, if the talent we have in the full team isnt being utilised the problem will never be solved.

I have watched Wales for almost 40 years and to see a bunch of amateurs run a professional association like this so badly for so long is soul destroying. Time they were all put out to pasture.

I have long referred to the FAW as the Football Amateurs of Wales and this absolute disgrace simply re-inforces that view

The professional game in Wales has never been at a higher level (and I'm not just talking Cardiff And Swansea here) yet the insular and self-preserving FAW continue to amble on in their daydream world, thinking it is everyones fault bar theirs

I'm not a particular fan of international football (never have been really) but I would never wish my country ill and always hope that there is a bright future out there for the team itself

I don't know the answer to how things can change but then again I never put myself forward to say that I did. However, the current Board of the FAW did...and that has now been exposed as not being entirely right, hasn't it?
