Massive 3 Games?

Chris Coleman has three games to save his job as Welsh manager. Even with good performances alone in all three games I cannot see him staying beyond the World Cup Qualifiers. Next up are Serbia in the CCS on Tuesday and all I can think is how many will we lose by this time?

I honestly believe Coleman needs to win two from the remaining three fixtures to keep his job and even then I will not be convinced he is the right man for the job. Serbia and Macedonia at home would have been games we would have gone into confident about beating before the unfortunate passing of Speed but now I am hoping we can get 3 points against Macedonia at home. I

We can not allow Coleman to become the next Toshack where the FAW keep him in charge because it is the "easy" option. John Toshack undid all of the great work that Mark Hughes did as manager, and now we have Coleman making a mockery of the progress Speed and his team made with the same group of players. If I am honest Coleman has an even stronger team! With Bale and Ramsey at the top of their games and several younger players whom have improved tremendously for their clubs (Ben Davies and Robson Kanu) are the two stand outs for me from last season. Even when Bellamy retires from international football I still believe our side will be stronger than during Speed's reign in charge.

So can Coleman turn it around? Or do the FAW need to start looking at their options now?

Who would you want to replace Coleman? Could Pulis step up? Could Raymond come back in and given a chance? Would Giggs take the job? Or is there any decent foreign manager that would want the job?

Good luck FAW but you have 1 massive decision to make at the end of these qualifiers!
