Super service from Funky Rooster(Cardiff City shirts)

Hi Guys
Just wanted to post about the excellent service supplied by Funky Rooster (the retro Cardiff City shirts)
I ordered 2 a blue and a yellow and they are perfect and excellent quality and the sizes are perfect and I am 6ft 2
weighing about 95 kg and extra large fits like a glove so for anyone worrying about sizing this company sizing is
the real deal and thankfully they dont use anorexic Italian models for XL they use someone who is XL etc.
The 1 beef I had was the £14 postage and packaging to Denmark so I wrote to them they replied please scroll down
and read the 2 correspondences. Once more time an EXCELLENT FIRM WITH A GREAT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can see a lot of business from CCFC fans who want Cardiff gear in blue, keep up the great work

The 2 shirts arrived today and they are fantstic, so thank you very much!!
1 down point is the £14 postage to Denmark, the parcel came today and
was in its plastic back and as I once worked in the post office I asked the
Danish postal worker how much to send it back to England and it was just
£5? Now remember Denmark is more expensive than the UK in everything
and also the post is between 2 EU countries so do you really think its fair to
send a package and charge £14-15 for a £5 package??? Look forward to hearing
from you.

The postage charges to Europe are currently under review as all the postage prices are calculated on weight and do not allow options for variations on size etc.



We have been issuing refunds to all our customers, as the orders are reviewed.



The postage costs will be £7.00 and I will arrange a refund of £7.15 to your card.

asked could i pick 3 up because i was working near to the factory but he would not let me so i didn't bother

The reason we do not allow people to collect items is simply because we are an online business. We make to order and do not hold stock on the shelves. When people order from us we then purchase the polo shirts ready for the printing process and embroidery process. We don not hold stock because you can not predict what sizes will sell better than others and we could end up with a lot of dead stock. We don't let people collect from us as its unfair on others who have ordered through our system who have to wait the 5-10 working days. We like many other companies hate to say no but we simply don't hold the stock. If we said yes to someone then we would have to take shirts from someone else's order and that is something we will not do.

Going by the Royal Mail website on a package weighing approx 750g which is around the weight of the two tops its gonna be around £15 - £19. Bloody hell it's not cheap sending out there. I'll go to the post office on Monday for you and get them to check it out too.
