He is under Liverpool under a long term process. When he joined he was always going to be given time to settle into the job and bring his style of play to them and it is working.

The advantage they have is he is in his 2nd year and Man City and United are under new managers so they will both be struggling a bit to win the league as Liverpool will be pushing into the top 4.
