Conway out of squad

Not sure why everyone is unhappy with this decision most obvious decision since bread was sliced!
Malky is playing a 4-2-3-1 formation and having not alluded either Conway or noone together in a 4-4-2 system and not bringing in any real out an out wingers it has to be pretty obvious Conway was to see the door this month, Mackay will stick to his Christmas tree formation all season in my opinion as it is the best system for the players we have at the club, couple tht with contests transfer request last season and the fact he didn't start first three matches and the transfer request being over game playing time then anyone with half a brain could see that Conway was going not rocket science lads
