I bet all 'football' supporters would like to see Man Utd against Man City so why the hell clash with that game.
Watch out for the empty seats - there will be hundreds of them!!

Not real fans then are they. As long as they paid for their ticket I don't care. It's a sell out.

I honestly don't think that will happen. Will be very surprised if it did because I feel old and new fans have created something bigger than that!! I think that the plastics are starting to enjoy supporting a team where there from!!!
Anyway I think the derby has been moved to Monday night to make way for us

Man united Chelsea was supposed to be a big game and it was f*cking awful. I bet the cardiff match is a better one

The last 4pm Sunday ko wasn't bad was it?
Wed Sep 04, 2013 9:17 pm
Wow!
Watching a game on TV between 2 teams (fair enough they are good teams) 200 miles away or watching your local team in the biggest league in the world against one of the best sides in the country when the stadium is rocking?
Can't understand why anyone would chose anything other than the CCS if they can get a ticket!

Some people just can't wait to write something, ANYTHING, negative about our club and/or fans and/or players.
Does my swede in - should try living in England where they moan for a living!
Up the City!

they will not move the manchester derby to the monday night, because simply of the capital one cup, ,man united play liverpool on that wednesday so the game can not be moved, anyway once the fixtures have been confirmed by sky that is it, they can not be changed. does it matter on sky or not? yes im gutted to miss the derby but i no where i wana be 100% and thats down the ccs

It will be interesting to see how many people will be watching the Manchester derby in the concourse if it's being shown.
I would imagine it will be quite busy even during the game!

i doubt it, will it even be shown?

I would have liked to watch both

How's it a bad decision? It had to be moved, Spurs play on the Thursday so we couldn't not change it. Empty seats my arse, no one is missing a game like this. Negativity isn't needed. Not to mention the Manchester derby is one of the most overhyped fixtures in PL history

Mr Moo Cow made the most sensible reply. Forget your own agenda, all I was saying is that there (believe it or not!) thousands of city fans who would love to have seen a manchester derby on sky because they are football supporters, get it, love football!
Now with a bit of common sense, even a bit of marketing, it would have been simpler to have a 2pm kick-off, even think about keeping the bars open in some areas for fans to watch the derby afterwards (just a couple of bars?).
Nothing negative - just a little bit of common sense.
As for all those who think there will not be empty seats, there were loads around the ground for both man city and everton, not saying thousands but just the natural holidays, work and those who had other things to do. Nope that's not negative either - too many numpties on here with no common sense and can't read thread properly!

We have a shed load of United plastics down the CCS now.
We've seen them on here saying "bale is made for united" etc.
