after being out of work for a year an half,i finally got a job.

Was made redundant from my sales job at 48 - managed to land another one a few months later.
It is very hard - like you, I kept going- that is all you can do, give it your best.
Anyhow now I'm in my 50s I reckon you are a spring chicken!!
