WILL MALKYS SUCCESS BE OUR DOWN FALL ?

Tue Sep 03, 2013 10:34 am

I think most team and chairman of other clubs, will be keeping a close eye on Malky this season.

If he does well for us this season ,Im sure we will have a hell of a job to keep hold of him next season.

If any of the big clubs say the likes of Newcastle, don't live up to expectations. I can see them kind of clubs waving big money contracts in front of Malky.

Also if he were to get tempted to move on ,would he take some of our players with him ? and just where would that leave us ?

Back looking for a manager that could do for us what Malky has done ? and that new manager bring in a whole set of new players ,that may not gel .

We all want success for our club ,but that in its self can also bring problems too. What are your thoughts on this ? I would really like to know ,if you have also thought about this ? :malky: :malky:

Can't see it personally, I think looking at players and coaches they all seem really settled and happy in South Wales. I can see Malky having a similar view. Also, Mr. Tan is an ambitious man, I can see him wanting our club grow and grow to make his ££££££££ worth while and he knows having Malky would be central to succeed. Malky and Tan have a strong relationship, Tan will always back Malky..... Would Mike Ashley? No point in leaving a club where you are settled to take on a similar challenge. In nufc case fixing, in ours DEVELOPING.

Not quite sure what better jobs would be available to tempt malky.

Man U - No Chance
Citeh - No Chance
Chelsea - No Chance
Arsenal - No Chance
Spurs - They like a fancy Dan type- Not a dour Jock
Everton - Maybe
West Brom - Same as us
Swansea - Very Doubtful although they do like to copy us :laughing6:
West Ham - He'd go, but is he any different from big Sam
Norwich - He'd go but any different form us, struggling to be mid table and avoid the drop
Fulham - That much bigger than us, does he want to live in London ?
Stoke - More established - same as us really
S'oton - Our role model- doubt they will get rid of thier manager unless he is poached by the top four
Villa - I would go if I had the chance- much much bigger than us
Newcastle - Huge job but far too much interference
Sunderland - Will implode this season

Will need to show more versatility in his tactics.

I cant see many PL chairmen going for a hoofball specialist whos teams have no emphasis on attack.

This pretty much sums it IMO.......less the dour Jock part though :?

Add this

The JB's have lost and replaced a few managers over the last few years and they're doing ok.

"Hoofball specialist" :laughing6:

That 17 pass move leading up to the equaliser against Man City would beg to differ with that bizarre statement

"Cardiff play the long game when it suits them, but also compliment it with quality passages of passing and style"

I'm hoping and praying that we do well in the premier over , say 2/3 seasons, and become a well respected premier club.

If this happens and Malky is still with us - being big mates with Alex Ferguson, I think El-Ferguson would advise him to build on a strong squad and for the future (you can already see that with El-Malky already)

I live in hope or dreamland - i,m still pinching myself after all these years of ups and downs !!!

He got us up from the championship with the biggest budget EVER so everyone expected him to do what was there to be done, thats the only success hes had some people swear hes won champions league trophys which he never will due to a one style of play, when we start getting more than 30% posession playing some good football this season i'll be happy as a customer as thats all i am this season like you reading this :ayatollah:
