Question about gold membership 'cards'

Mine is still lost in the post but im a gold member. It was suppost to have arrived 2 weeks ago. If i go ahead and buy tickets online for a game is there an option to just get the tickets sent out in paper form? Or will they be swiped/activated onto my probably lost card? Grateful for help thanks.

I phoned yesterday to enquire about the whereabouts of my sons gold card, the lady in the ticket office said

'the last batch were sent out yesterday'

Sounds like you are being fobbed off. The women said to me 1 week, 3 weeks ago.

Any chance u know about the tickets in paper form though? I want to go ahead and buy tickets and not have to wait for a card.

My son's arrived yesterday morning (tuesday)

After finally being able to get hold of the ticket office they tell me my card hasn't even been printed yet. even though it was suppost to have arrived 2 weeks ago. Hmmmm.
