Can someone please explain to me why we've forked out so much just eight months after paying £600,000 for young Fraizer Campbell?
Sure, Fraizer was known for his injuries at the time, but there was still the potential of him sorting such issues out and becoming a goalscorer who could provide the club with a profit should he move on in the future. Odemwingie can't do that at 32.
I think Odemwingie's a fantastic player, but am bemused as to why West Brom were looking for so much and, more importantly, why City were willing to go through with the deal.

A better question to ask might be - how the hell did we manage to get Fraizer Campbell for only £600k in January?
A steal!
