Kim Bo Kyung v Ki Sung Yeung

Remember when the "expert"jacks on here said they had the better South Korean.

£6m wasted there from the ever so shrewd Swans

I haven't seen many Swansea highlights last season, but from what I saw of Ki, he looked a very good player. Very surprised they have let him go on loan, considering the fee they have paid for him.

Because we have strengthened to the point where he isn't going to have a look in.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Last season you were telling us what a player he was. Now he's gone and replaced by Jonjo Shelvey

He is a very good player who has been upgraded upon. That's what happens when a club progresses.

No, you're right. He's better than what we've brought in that's why we've loaned him out.

Jonjo Shelvey? Wow :laughing6: . Last season you and the other gypos were telling us what a great bit of business Ki was for £6m. Now you've got rid of him for nothing. You've wasted £6m there

Thems the facts

He's still under contract to us so we haven't got rid of him for nothing at all. We've loaned him out so he can get some game time which he won't get here being behind JJS, Canas, Britton, Pozuelo, JDG, & Michu.

It's not rocket science.

So he's seventh choice According to you, begs question why buy jjs ect if he's that good? As he plays same position according to you! Are you so perfect as a club you can't admit making mistakes about players not being up to scratch!

Ki is very good and better than Shelvey. Shelvey will take Swansea down. :old:

Re: Kim Bo Kyung v Ki Sung Yeung

Must admit I wondered whether we should have gone in for him. Not sure if the jacks would have sold him to us or even loaned him but he would have given us some more strength in depth. Unless of course he would only go to a club where he knew he would start games

You really are an arrogant prat. Last season you were on here boasting at how wonderful Ki was and that he was better than kim etc... If he was any good you would not have spent an identical amount of cash on a player who has hardly set the pl alight in last few years. Face facts Ki isnt that good and neither is your team as good as you think it is.

so if ki was that good you wouldn't need to go out spend millions on someone better to play in his position! as you have said in post there are now 6 players ahead of him! as you have pointed out.

So that's arrogant, poisonous & bitter ticked off the abuse list so far :laughing6:

You seem to be misunderstanding Gareth and Al. Ki is a very good player but we have now signed better players as that's what teams do when they want to progress. Got that bit now? Not too tricky a concept.

Now, just because we have replaced him with better, does not mean that a) he is not a very good player, or b) that Kim is a better player than him.

My opinion is that at this moment in time Ki is the better player of the two, especially as Kim has had the grand total of three games at this level to try and prove otherwise.

Another swans player with 99% passing game
But considered not good enough so replace with a player with better passing game in JJS? :laughing5:
Funny how different swans fans say different things about him! Which one is right that's the question? :laughing6:

I'm not gutted, but not happy, he brings something different, but in fairness, what i've seen of Kim Bo in Championship + for 5 mins spell in Man City game Prem he looked ok...but two completely different players

True, the best passer in the prem and he's going, well done jack. I notice he's gone as well, probably bysedd under another name, been destroyed again.
