How poor were Sunderland?

Now I know its easy to say Sunderland are poor cos its against Palace, as we've had that recently after the Man City game off of other fans. However they have been particularly poor. They had no real passing game, defending was wide open and times too, just real poor in every area individually and as a team. Im just genuinely surprised...and hats off to Palace for capitalising on this.

Incredibly poor. Di Canio is inept in this league. Signing too many players all in one could prove to be a huge risk. Di Canio isn't the type to keep his cool in the dressing room. I can definitely see them being down there. Fair play to Crystal Palace for sticking to their guns and giving a good attacking performance.

I reckon they'll go down. They've done a QPR and signed nearly a whole new team!

Can see them struggling this season and I think we can beat them

Its a shame we have to wait till December to play them, might sort themselves out by then.

They are very poor at the moment. It would have been good if we played them about this sort of time.

Watched the game when I got back, thought Sunderland were poor and made Palace looked a better team than they are. Two good candidates to go down this season.
