Cracking signing. Both last week and this week has stood out. I couldn't stop watching the ground he covered today. Never shys away from contact and most of all never stops talking and organising. A real talent and great signing

He's looked brilliant. A few meaty tackles today, but his tackle in the box should have been a penalty.
He's always running, and always making space for the back. Great player.
Let's just hope we don't see too many red cards!

Him and Gunner I thought put a shift in today. We'll be hard to beat at home. Great point.

Gunner was poor today, missplaced too many passes tbh

Medel is class full fooking stop. Lets go Gary mental, lets go Gary mental!

He was absolute class today - a lot of the play went through him and he tackled non stop.
Going by one or two of those challenges, he's starting to come out of his shell now.
My man of the match for today, for sure.

Great little player and the signing of the transfer window imo.I said this on Planet swans and was met with no argument at all.
The only concern for you is his temperament. He nearly cost you today with the pen and one of his crunching tackles. He went in 2 footed on one of the Everton lads in the first half and you could hear it in Swansea. At an away game and with the crowd against you, he could easily have been sent off.5 reds last season weren't it? You'll need him to be playing every game.

I think he will get a lot better, from time to time he gets the wrong side of players and a couple of lose passes but the more he plays and settles to the style of play I can really see him dominating games more.

Think Malky will drill it into him. Hopefully learn the limit of the premiership refereeing pretty soon

I wonder what people would be saying about him if the ref had given the penalty

He does look quality, dives in with slide tackles everywhere, probably a little too much and let off today as he gave what should have been a pen away! He is the key player we needed in midfield

He will be f*cking knackered by November if we dont learn to keep the ball better.
